
The We Care Tucson Workforce Development Program is designed to empower underserved young adults and individuals seeking technology skills, career readiness, and new opportunities.
This initiative prepares participants for the modern workforce while offering
businesses a pipeline of skilled, motivated candidates ready to contribute to their teams.
Program Highlights:

Target Participants: GED students, recent graduates, and adults seeking re-entry.

Training: 200 hours technical + 100 hours soft skills

Mentorship:
Participants are paired with staff, volunteers, and business partners for coaching and support.
Career Placement:
Graduates receive job placement assistance, employer introductions, and ongoing guidance to ensure workforce success.
